Abstract:

Annual census of all woody plants less than 50-cm tall in 600 1-m2 plots located in the 50-ha forest dynamics plot on BCI.  Seedlings are censused during the first three months of the year.  Three plots are associated with each of the 200 seed traps (click on the figure on right).
