Research Interests
My research interests are paleobotany and systematic botany. Dating plant phylogenies based on fossil record and molecular data. Biogeographic reconstructions. Diversification process in the Neotropics.
Current Research
I am working in the identification of a leaf morphotype from the Guaduas Formation of Colombia, Late Cretaceous, based on morphological and anatomical characters.
